Beware very poor prices - I got an online quote of £11,040 for my 2019 Golf which I thought was fair.When I arrived the Gentleman quoted me today's price is £10,000 and tomorrow's price is £9,500. My instict told me something wasn't right.I decided not to go with them and while on the forecourt registered with the motorway group, uploaded pictures, received a call to verify.I was offered a reserve price of £10,819 sold it the following day for £11,149.

Misleading tactics. The last minute price change (after a second, in-person valuation) could have been forgiven, if payment was made when explicitly advised (the next day by 2pm), which was completely false. Meaning a significant extra cost for payment not to arrive and to pay for a replacement car by credit card. Misleading and not trustworthy - better to use Motorway. AVOID.

I got a quote and booked an appointment online. I called my appointment through a day early and spoke to Aaron at We Buy Any Car, who was very pleasant and helpful, he said yes and the deal was done within an hour and the money was in my account 15 minutes later.Wow!!!Aaron was very professional and a true asset to this company. I got a very good deal at Marsh Barton in Exeter but personally I felt Aaron did an amazing job and represented the Company in all its glory. Well done Aaron, thank you.

The staff were friendly and open. There were several checks and calls prior to the appointment to make sure everything was okay. However, the website dud jot allow enough space to put in details so the amount paid was massively lower than the online quote. A reduction to just 20% of the quote was a massive drop that I felt I had to tak. A useful service but be if I had more time and patience I would have sold elsewhere

Quick and efficient, slight reduction in online quote but i had forgotten to mention a fault.Happy with the final offer and it saved messing around with trying to sell it privately.Staff at the site in Exeter were very helpful.A good all round experience i would use again.

I tried to sell my focus cc to you with 8 months MOT and was offered £512 on site, the website valuation was double this! The tyres were worth more than that! Staff at the Exeter branch were rude. Wouldn't attempt to use again as the owner I was trading up for with came to collect me expecting to leave there without it so we had to arrange for another day wasting both our times. The estimation was lowered a lot without your overweight employee even walking outside to look at the vehicle, he rarely even looked up from the iPad and kept referring to me as mate" despite us not being mates and the tone of our conversation being one that clearly didn't warrant one of familiarity like that. When I protested at the price drop and the service experience of my visit his explanation was it is what the programme says! When asked who was in-charge

Awful service, agreed price of £28,000 and signed the deal, payment within 24 hours they promised. 8 days later still no payment. They do not answer the phone or emails unless you are arranging an appointment to sell your car. Customer service is non existent and when you do actually get someone they are arrogant and rude. Karma you will find is a B***h!

I met Will at We Buy Any Cars, Marsh Barton Exeter, and they really do buy any car! It turned out mine was a cat D but Will gave me the best price he could. He was caring and sympathetic and spent ages helping me, even advising about buying my next car. I couldn't recommend him and the company highly enough.
