Ordered two staircases from Edvins - he took the deposit but nothing happened for months as he said he had personal problems. He kept promising to deliver the staircases and fit them as he quoted but nothing ever happened and his promises kept being broken. Then he had the staircases delivered to us after four months without letting us know and then said he wouldn't fit - which I never agreed to. The below pictures show what was delivered - no hand rails, boards missing and many parts missing, its absolutely no use. No response to phone calls or email - very poor service. Do not use.Edit: Edvins reply shows his poor attitude. He was made aware of the missing parts on the day of the delivery via email as he wouldn't accept our phone calls and would not come and check his own delivery that he was supposed to fit. He has been contacted many times since via phone, email, letter without reply and so we had to take him to court. The only dirty games are Edvins as he hasn't supplied what he was paid for, he should look at himself before blaming others.

MillerLine designed, built and installed a steel staircase and handrail for us in a new industrial building. Quick response, good service and the whole job was completed swiftly and on time. Very pleased with their work.

I found The Lord Of the Steel" while doing a google search looking for someone to fabricate me some heavy duty wall brackets. Edvin has done an absolutely excellent job making exactly what I wanted from a few rough sketches from me and an email chat. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend him!"

We recently used Millerline UK to build a outdoor shelter for our bowls club. He did this for us at a great price and was brilliant at erecting the product. He managed to get a difficult job done in a short timescale with a quality finish. I would recommend Millerline steel fabrication as this was a high quality finish.

I highly recommend Edvin, he is a very hard working guy, very competitive prices and most of all quality finish. I can't thank him enough for the service we received.

Warning!!!!Edwins Miller is a Con. Don't believe a word he says and he is threatening 7 very petty.I gave him a order for external galvanized staircase and he agreed £2400. I paid deposit of £1400 and balance on completion £1000. He came out measured up etc and sent me drawings and plans of exactly how the staircase will be!He delivered almost 2 weeks later than agreed after chasing him up and started his Attitude from the day of delivery. I was in loss so just wanted this job out of the way so i kept quiet. He fitted the staircase but it was made short so he bent it so it sits on ground, but even then the 4 pillars was still short which you can see pictures on his website he has posted. he completed and demanded last payment but i pointed out the following issues:1. Both platforms and handrail was not galvanized2. Frame of the staircase was bent3. Pillars where short and bad job of welding on site was done to amend4. Step size according to his drawings as agreed was 250mm but he made to 220mm5. All painting including handrail on site was a messHe did not once accept responsibility for any issues. He blamed my bent walls and floor level.After a long chat. I offered him to just galvanize the handrail and both platforms and take full cash or to minus the galvanize cost of £400 and take the remaining £600 and leave as it is. but he became threatening and bragged he also ripped a staircase down in Exeter. And very next day he came and removed/Ripped down the steps and Stole etc as he has posted pictures again on his website. So i personally made him a visit immediately after and had to take my goods back. I still offered him onsite to come back and either fit back and take the £600 or galvanize and take the lot but he was very rude and aggressive.I strongly suspect after reading other google reviews here and his photos on his website that he has passed someone else staircase to me with adjustments made on my site as he has a history of taking money and not returning!He is a Petty man and just out to get easy money. he has a history of this staircase issues on other google reviews which i wish i had seen before!.... please do not become a victim of him.. the rest is your choice.. thank you for reading!

Did half the job then ran off. Edit-it shows by not knowing which job it was that you have done this to more than one person. You do not reply to call or emails as seen on your Facebook page.

Stay well away from Edvins he is a liar.He has taken our deposit and not answered our emails or calls or messages since.No apologies or explanation as to why the work wasn’t completed and no attempt to contact me at all.He has not paid 1p back of the deposit so we have nothing and have lost over £2600Stay well awayUnder no circumstances must you use this company.I’m more than happy for you to show people the details of the made up bank account where you allege my deposit was returned too.How do I want something for free when I’ve paid £2625 for a deposit on a steel staircase that you never fitted and we’ve never received.Your the one who wants things for free. Return my deposit and do the decent thing.We were due to pay the balance on fitting.Make sure you fetch proof to court.And my profile is not fake !!Il be also contacting the police as you still have my staircase it’s theft so your a liar and a thief.Stay well away from this man.

I ordered new gates from here around 6 weeks ago and yet I've received NOTHING...I paid a deposit to Edvins and since then he is avoiding me and not responding to any calls.I have tried multiple times to see him at his site but miraculously he's never there... AVOID at all costAll you have to do is read the previous reviews which i wish i did before paying this con man!!!!!!!!
