Amazing, super helpful and affordable!My Phone played up and the screen blacked out, came to Fone world for a quick affordable solution (being a uni student and all). They completely changed my screen in 20 minutes, to a high standard for a great price including 1 year warranty.couldn't be more grateful. thank you!!

A bit disappointed when i brought my ipad air for battery replacement… they usually say it will be done by an hour. Get my ipad back thinking it’s all ok but by the time i get back home, battery dies again considering they’ve already replaced (i guess not). So called them straight away and advice to bring back the iPad so they can check.In the end, they managed to fix it eventually after a long wait (whole working day).Overall, happy with the status of my ipad now… better battery life. Definitely i will Fone World again… really nice staff as well

I went to their shop in Bath for a cracked screen of my Samsung 8S. It wasn't badly cracked but they offered a repair and new battery at the same time for £150.They promised it would be all original parts.Went to get the repair done, fitted new screen but phone reception and speaker is not as it used to be, used to work all very well, now many places I don't get reception.I have called them and they ordered a new battery, will get it fitted , see how the phone performs and then come back to this review.After having been to the shop, they opened the phone and put a new battery and they spotted the antenna was not properly connected. Since then it is working properly again.I feel the screen is not as responsive as the old one, but for now the phone is working well until I decide to go for an update soon.

Replaced my non-functioning screen in 30 minutes for £100, faster and cheaper than both the other shops I tried.When this did not work, they brought in the necessary parts and carried out the work as fast as possible, all at no extra charge!The technician was incredibly competent and clear about his expectations. I'll certainly be back for any future repairs or peripherals.

Really impressed with this place. I took two iPads in needing repair - they quickly diagnosed the issues with each, and were clear in explaining potential prices, depending on what they discovered as they attempted to repair. Having given worst case scenario they then repaired for substantially less - and within an hour. Highly recommend this place

Great Customer Service! I cracked my phone screen and they fixed it in no time , it ended up that when they attached my screen protector I noticed that night the actual screen had come loose again! But I went back in the morning and they fixed it free of charge and were so apologetic. Very kind and great repair :)

High quality service - excellent components used - very fast repair - full warranty (there are many cheaper options but they generally use cheap batteries and screens). Overall excellent service and value.I have also taken a screen back in that was replaced and had a strange glitch. Replaced immediately - including screen protector.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

i recently purchased an ex display phone from this shop. The two gentlemen who served me on the two occasions I was in the store were most helpful and extremely polite, and helped me transfer my contacts from the old phone. Great value for an ex display phone, very happy customer and will use them again in the future.

While I went to get a screen protector from their stores, they offered to repair my old phone to be able to transfer the information to the new one. Each time he asked me to come back on such a day. Never the job was done and a month later still nothing. I don't know if they took advantage of me being French to get my phone back for free before I went back to my country, but despite the gentlemen's courtesy, I apparently wasn't a priority for them. And still no news.
