I do not normally write reviews, but for Connie and her expertise I am happily and gratefully making an exception. I previously had a few bad experiences with hairdressers so, looking for a hairdresser that would detangle my matted hair with care and sensitivity was paramount. When I called the Comforts Hair and Beauty salon and spoke to Connie she was polite, honest and willing to help.When I arrived at the salon Connie was very friendly and hospitable. She worked fast, meticulously, and efficiently and she did an excellent job at keeping me pre-occupied with plenty of laughter, etc.She worked patiently and professionally with my hair which produced amazing results; I floated out of her salon like a new person. I am so blessed to have found her salon. If you want a hairdresser that actually loves her job, is knowledgeable at her trade and endeavours to produce impeccable results then you need to pay her a visit.

I get hair extensions done by Connie and love them. She’s very professional. My daughter has been getting her hair done since September and the dramatic change is overwhelming. She doesn’t cry anymore she enjoys going it’s grown around 5 inches the after care advice has helped. She has her curls back and loves her own hair.

Comfort is very amazing, I had a good time making my hair, it felts soo interesting and did my hair to my taste. For your dreadlocks, I will surely recommend

Seemed to be a nice lady but as you can tell from talking to her it just a show for customers until a disagreement. She priced her services and decided to change the price after her shop started the work. Upon stating I wasn’t okay with price increase especially if in total you’ve doubled price out of no where she stopped the job half way through and said to pay her what she originally asked for and we can go. Terrible person and will never receive anymore business from me.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! Connie is the most lovely, energetic, kind hearted person. She makes me feel so at home whilst getting my hair done. AS WELL AS THIS, she is efficient when working. I’ve been coming to get braids done for over a year now, and come for colour, never once has she let me down. i have read some of the other reviews, as expected sometimes hairdressers run late! get over it! Came to Leeds for the 1st time and decided to get my hair done. Connie gave an impeccable service and hospitality. She gives a 5 star service , highly recommend her.

Very friendly and comfortable service, hands down the best hair stylist I've been to since I've been in the UK. If you're looking for best quality, this is definitely the place.

Amazing job done at comforts hair- professional and timely service. The team here are an absolute godsend. I needed some box braids on the same day to attend an event and they were able to make time for me.Connie advised that I downsize my jumbo braids due to the extent of hair damage I have. This was such a good call! No need for paracetamol after the fact or during. I am very confident in the quality of my box braids and the well-being of my natural hair.Connie has an incredibly good manner and soft hand when braiding. Samira was amazing too and it was so nice having a chat while I was getting my hair done. She braids incredibly and so quickly! Overall, both of them were great and calmed my nervesThanks so much! I’ll be back within a couple of months :)

Rang up to see availability to get braids done then the woman said she’s not available then when asking what times they are available she just said bye and hung up normally I don’t leave reviews but I think this is just rude as I wanted to get my sons hair done for his birthday on Monday
