A delightful luxury country house experience. Peace ... calm ... superb vistas ... amazing cuisine. Thoroughly enjoyable! Queen Victoria stayed here at Pale Hall in 1889 for 10 nights ... and you can stay in the Victoria Suite - complete with her" bed and "bathtub" :)"

An exceptional culinary and visual experience in North Wales!My partner and I visited Pale Hall for their 8 course vegan tasting menu in June.As soon as we arrived at the entrance of this majestic building we were blown away!The landscaped gardens are absolutely stunning, made even more special by the addition of dozens of wild bunny rabbits munching on the grass. We felt like we were in a fairy tale!The magic continued as we stepped inside this historic building. Perfectly maintaining its rich history and character throughout.The 8 course vegan tasting menu was served at the elegant Henry Robertson dining room.The food was absolutely exquisite. The highest quality, fresh ingredients, bursting with flavour. They use all local produce, some grown on the premises.We have dined at many Michelin star restaurants but nothing has ever come close to the standard of food and service here.Restaurant manager James deserves a reward for the most knowledgable, attentive and interesting waiter we’ve ever had! Thank you for making the experience so special!We are already planning our next trip!

Subject: Amazing Food and Fantastic Stay - Can't Wait to Rebook!I just had to share my excitement about our recent stay at the hotel. It was truly an amazing experience, and I couldn't wait to tell you all about it!First and foremost, the food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a wide range of delicious options that catered to all our tastes and preferences. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal left us satisfied and craving for more. The culinary team really outdid themselves,But it wasn't just the food that impressed us. The entire staff at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the doors. They were not only attentive to our needs but also went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.And guess what? Even our furry friend had a fantastic time! The hotel was pet-friendly, and our dog was treated like a VIP. The staff was so friendly towards him, and there were even special amenities and services provided for him. It warmed our hearts to see how well he was taken care of during our stay.Needless to say, we are already counting down the days until we can rebook our stay at the hotel. It was truly a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories together.Sending you all my love and eagerly looking forward to our next stay at this incredible hotel.

We booked this hotel as it was located in a beautiful part of Wales and we wanted to try out a first-time Michelin-style food experience.Upon arrival, I was in awe of how beautiful the building was, in the style of architecture of the little flat we rented in the gods of an old Manor house a long time ago and brought a lot of wonderful early memories for us.We were greeted by the lovely, wonderful and down-to-earth staff who couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel so at ease and welcomed.The food was something extraordinary. I will be thinking about it for the rest of my life The way it was prepared and how intricate all the flavours were carefully placed and worked together is something I have never known or experienced.

Recently was at a wedding - venue stunning though shame it rained so didn't get out for a walk. House amazing and full of original things. Staff very attentive, polite and observant and obviously cared about the experience they were providing.

Went there for my Birthday.What a place! Stunning outside and inside. The staff were fantastic! The attention to detail is mind blowing. I have been here once before for sunday lunch, which is best in Wales by far. I did wish we'd chosed Ala Carte menu rather than the taster, as i hate to say it, however it wasn't for me (Even though Im not a picky eater). Breakfast was fabulous. I cannot wait to come again.

Excellent Sunday Lunch.Started on arrival as the young member of staff assisted me connecting my BMW to the Porsche EV charger ..... was surprised it worked but yay :DThen a warm greeting in the hall and shown to our table in the beautiful dining room. Presented with menu's and given complimentary Lanson champagne whilst waiting for the starters.All in all impeccable, professional service from start to finish and exquisite food in flavour and presentation.A joyous way to spend an afternoonThanks to all involved!

Myself and my partner booked a one night stay with the 8 course tasting menu for my birthday. As arriving the valet took our luggage and offered to park our car and then we had a complimentary glass of fizz. We’re we upgraded on our room which had lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The food was outstanding and the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stunning interiors & warm, excellent food and drink, brilliant staff. Loved it.The large bottles of sparkling/still water in the bedrooms were a good idea.
