THIS WAS CALLED LONGHORNS. REVIEWED AS LONGHORNSWhere to begin with this place...The two ladies serving were run off their feet, friendly, helpful and professional and are worthy of being employed in a far better restaurant.The issues ihave were wait times , Wednesday not weekend. The other issue was what was actually served.40 minute wait for 2 starters was the precursor for what would follow.Loaded chips with prawns and steak resembled nothing to the photos I have seen. Mine resembled something thrown together in a 'soup' of a sauce...how any chef could produce that clearly has no pride in their work.The staff kindly offered to exchange this meal but to be honest I didn't fancy another half hour wait.My companions dirty longhorn fell very short of the mark too.Please refer to attached photos.Having shown the chef the quality of his work compared to my expectations, having said his bit, agreed not to charge for the meal I didn't eat......I waited a long time for the Longhorn experience and its one I won't be repeating.I realise the hospitality industry is short of chefs at present, but if the owner is reading, i would suggest widening the net in your search for a chef who can do the job.

Fantastic tasting food. I wanted a belly buster and got it (All In burger). Only regret is it wasn't a Wednesday so I couldn't get the bottomless wings. Draught beer/cider selection could be improved though.

I ordered both ribs and wings not realising the portions are huge! So this is a good place if you felt like eating a lot of barbecued meat for a low price. Very good value for money, I couldn't finish all of it and I usually finish everything.

I thought that the burger I ordered was fine but, overall, left the restaurant with the impression it is expensive for the style of food served. I was irked by a 50p charge for a portion of mayo (no charge was mentioned when I placed the order). At £3.50 for a cola, the soft drinks struck me as unduly expensive (unfortunately no drinks menu was available, the server listed the drinks and foolishly I didn't ask the price).

Nice little place. Friendly staff.Good selection of food and drinks.Fast service.Food was a little on the dry side so not brilliant.

Great place for meat lovers, with some good deals too. No hot drinks, not even hot water.Steak was well cooked, tasty but dry.Chicken was very tasty, crispy with beautiful marinate. Not dry at all.Pulled pork was delicious and succulent.

Had a wonderful time at Longhorns having the bottomless brunch. The staff were friendly, attentive and approachable. The food was delicious and there was lots of variety.The food was of both great quality and definitely of great quantity, we ended up taking a whole lot of food home afterwards that I expect to be eating for a few days at least.Also the variety of drinks on offer for the brunch were fantastic.I'd definitely recommend catching this sometime.

But disappointed. Wings were greasy and the oil had a terrible taste. Ribs were tough. Told the waitress however she didn't really know what to say or do. The kitchen was behind us and the chef's were quite slap dash. Shame. It could have been much better

Went there last week in a group of four and I had the Chicken Burger, with Fries.The service was very good, however the food was bit of a let down. The portions were on the small side, especially the burger which came in a small sesame bun rather than the advertised brioche, whilst the fries consisted mostly of small bits with quite a sweet taste.
