I got a microchip cat flap from them and they offered me the best price i could find in the market. The staff are super friendly and professional and my younger cat uses the flap quite happily. Still waiting for my older lady to get used to it though.

Absolutely fantastic company! From Start to finish. I couldn't be happier with our new dog door for our boys just in time for our new kitchen installation. Wow... amazing service from chesire cat flap. We contacted them after finding their details on Google and they turned around the whole experience within 2 weeks. They are very responsive with any questions and their attention to detail is amazing. They got our little puppy a gift and also a chocolate bar for our girl which was a lovely personal touch.The price is very competitive vs others and I'm so glad I chose them. Will be sure to pass their details to family and friends.

Amazing service. We asked for the cat flap to be fitted through a slanted wall, so it wasn't the easiest of tasked, but Warren did a great job. He even fitted a small step to help our cat reach the entrance outside and repointed the brickwork around the cat flap outside.Pablo is a very happy customer.

Recently had a cat flap fitted in my backdoor, absolutely brilliant service. Turned up on time, nice bloke and even had a gift bag with some treats for me and the cat! Installation didn't take long and looks really good. Didn't have the right coloured tunnel in the van so came back the next day with the correct colour and even tidied up some of the seals that didn't look great (in his opinion...looked fine to me!). Cat flap works perfectly, thanks may use again soon for my front door!

I would recommend this company to anyone.They have done an amazing job installing my pet door through a wall. Wayne is so friendly and the process was very smooth. He travelled over 2 hours to get to me, was exactly on time, and even popped out to find some wood to build a step for my cats to step down onto from the flap. The gift bag left for the cats was a lovely gesture. Great company and very reasonable priced. Thanks so much.

We got Warren to remove our existing cat door from the wall in our flat as we were moving house and needed to take it with us.Warren arrived to do the job on moving day which was chaos in our flat. However, he got the job done perfectly! Will be reaching out to have the door fitted in our new home once we are settled!
