Nick was brilliant to work with. So many helpful suggestions and solutions for what I wanted and always quick to follow up to answer questions or reassure. Would 100% recommend (already have!) and work with Holloway and Holloway again.

Nick was recommended to us by our contractor. He has essentially rescued us after a series of mistakes made by our initial architect.Nick is very easy to work with. He is great a managing and keeping top of different elements of our renovation project in Chelsea. He is detail oriented, always responsive, and efficient.We are very pleased with his design and service, not to mention his passion and commitment to his work and clients. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I've worked with Nick and Vicki on my development of block of 3 flats. They are a talented couple. I've worked with them for close to 2 years now and I can't find any fault with them and am totally impressed with their level of service.Nick dealt with planning, design and managed the project of this project. What stood out for me was that I hardly had to chase him for anything, as he is very proactive and very efficient.Another thing worth mentioning (as not every architect has this skill) is that he has also exceptional people skills, and is able to handle difficult people and situations effectively and diplomatically.Most importantly, I know he has my back at all times, and is always thinking of my best interest as his client. I am not a technical person, so it is vital to have someone competent, efficient and trustworthy on my team, and I'm very glad to be working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nick was incredibly helpful in helping us to bring our project to life, while also offering support and guidance to jump through the technical hoops that came up along the way. He was very flexible in his approach and always seemed to go above and beyond, making it work to our requirements.

It took some time to find an architect that showed enthusiasm to turn our rundown 1930’s semi-detached house into beautiful light filled family home. Nick and Vicky came up with crucial design elements that we never would have thought of. Their detailed drawings made the Council Planning, Party Wall Conveyancing, and build a straightforward process (a complete change of room layout including a residential extension and loft conversion). We have recommended AR-DE to our friends and family. They are a great team to work with.

Fantastic Architects. They took our grade two listed home, with all the difficulties and pitfalls that might have entailed, and made the process of completing a basement conversion with an extension super easy.They did all the heavy lifting, with the planning permissions, liaising with contractors and structural engineers, and also adding designs for our internals.Couldn’t recommend them higher. Very reasonable price compared to other architects, and had a much more pleasant demeanour. They were a pleasure to work with.

Nick and Vicky at AR-DE have been brilliant to work with throughout our project.
