I am very satisfied with the completion of my solar Panel installation. The completion went very smoothly and all the installers were very efficient, considerate and courteous.

I called purely for some information. Despite knowing that helping me would not result in any sort of sale, the female advisor that took my call, not only assisted me, but really went above and beyond my expectations and really went out of her way to help me, even though she really didn't need to. Such kind service, thank you.

Quick and efficient service, panel fitters and electricians were first class, friendly and helpful.

The customer service started great, the tradesman used were clean although the scaffolders were really rude however the point that really did it for me was less than 6 months after the pre-solar efficiency measures were installed, the vents that were installed into the windows didn’t do anything for the condensation in the rooms and we’ve had mould build up and the extractor fan in our wet room stopped working due to water damage. They refused to come out and repair it because the item was purchased direct from the manufacturer and therefore came with no warranty and they claimed to have checked in with me a month earlier to see how everything was working when in fact the email just asked what we’d had installed.This will be taken further.
