Been going here for many years now, Big store! Got everything you need, Good staff! Always helpful and friendly, especially Adam, should be store manager.

Not my favourite place but probably the best of the bunch in the area. It has a cold feeling and the staff don't seem very happy. The store looks tired. The shelves are often empty. The layout is bizarre and doesn't follow any logic. I spent loads of time walking in circles looking for things.

The largest and the most convenient store in the area! You can get almost everything here. Very well located.They used to have a fresh deli counter with a great selection of carry and other ready meals. Unfortunately it all gone after the renovation, hence the 4 stars.Anyway this is the best local store with a huge car parking in the basement.Now they have Argos on site as well

I ordered something online for collection at the Argos collection point in this Sainsbury store. It was all very smooth and efficient. The store itself is also great for everyday shopping. I went there often when I lived close to that area. Parking can be difficult in that area.

Staff no helpful at all, any time you ask for something, they don’t know what are to talking about, or they don’t know where is or if they have, self check out is always a disaster, one person for 20 SCOs, take ages to approve something. It is very dirty place. The only good thing I can say it’s a very big place and you can find a lot of stuff

The people who worked there were extremely rude and didn't smile at all, they didn't even say hello or good afternoon/evening! The only words they said were next!" and they were just staring at me. They should all be fired from their job. This shop was appaling! To be brutally honest

Appalled to hear from my wife who was just shopping 10 minutes ago 14:30 on 15/11/2023 in your store that she got into an argument with another customer instigated by one of your workers at the conventional till. Grey haired female short in her possible 60s.The worker was rude and didn’t acknowledge her when it was her turn, proceeded to scan all her items without telling her the total price.She then went to pack her items (this was an above average shop) and before she’d even packed her items the worker started scanning the next customer’s items. The items were getting mixed up and that’s when the other customer behind my wife started raising her voice and telling her to hurry the f up.The worker made no attempt to defuse the situation or apologise from causing the situation in the first place.It appears that your worker may have an issue with younger women as she greeted the other older customer.This has left my wife upset and it is disappointing that I can’t even trust your workers to do their jobs. I am bedbound very ill and would never have sent her out to shop for me alone if I knew that your staff can’t carry out the simplest of care and attention to customers.I expect you to fully investigate this and discipline the worker in question as this is bang out of order. Please let me know when you have spoken to the member of staff and what measures you will take to ensure this NEVER happens again.

Is my local favorite shop. I shopping there most often because the quality of the products is high and there is a large selection.

This is a very busy Sainsbury's. The shelves were practically bare when we visited. Granted, we visited fairly late, but it was a long time away from closing time. We will likely need to come back in the morning to see if there are any ready made or baked goods. There are a lot of toys here. My 5 year old daughter was particularly interested in looking at all the Pokemon cards.
