Marc at Webco had been recommended to me by a few different people to recharge the air con in my car last year. He was a pleasure to deal with, super quick to respond, reasonably priced, friendly but professional and bang on time.I’d asked him about installing air con in my house and he came back this year to do the work. Again, he was fast to respond even after hours, fitted me in really quickly, explained my options thoroughly and clearly and didn’t let me down on timing, which I appreciate isn’t always easy for tradesmen as they’re often super busy. I was so impressed with his care in my tiny house, the way he tidied up after himself and left it immaculate, he was perfectly on time each day, turned up with a smile and worked non stop apart from one short lunch break. He has a calm, happy demeanour about him and as a woman who lives on her own, I felt at ease having him in the house which isn’t always the case with tradesman. The air con units have been installed so neatly, look much less obtrusive than I’d imagined and I can barely hear the outdoor units which had been my main concern. My house is small and the area he had to work in outside was an awkward small space but he didn’t complain and made it work. He even had to unexpectedly remove some panels from my gazebo awning which looked like a massive pain as they were glued down with industrial glue but he just got on with it. The quote was also exactly as he’d initially advised, no hidden extras and when he talked through the options, he didn’t try to sell me the unnecessarily more expensive ones. When I asked him about extending the electrics to accommodate the units because I couldn’t find an electrician, he kindly gave me some contacts of residential electricians instead of his own commercial rate as it would have been more expensive - just goes to show his honesty and integrity which I was very grateful for.Lovely guy, professional service, highly recommended!
