Very clean and well stocked pharmacy. Great offer on one of the items I purchased today. Served by a very polite young gentleman. Would definitely go back again.

A small and perfectly placed Dispensing Chemist's. It offers all your Prescription needs and can offer just what you need for the small emergencies we have in life. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the store is clean and perfunctory.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Stood in there 10 mins if not longer and was completely ignored by staff. ( 5 I think) . Ended up leaving and taking my prescription to another pharmacy.

TLDR: What is the point of a Pharmacy that doesn't stock basic antibiotics? At that point, the point where the Pharmacy cannot provide even the most basic of medications, then the Pharmacy might as well be closed down, because it serves no purpose.So, I contracted a urinary tract infection (UTI) recently.I had to go to a local walk in centre to get some tests done to verify the type of infection etc.The nurse did her job exceptionally well, and she gave me a prescription for a seven day course of antibiotics. Pretty routine stuff, considering.So, I went to Well Pharmacy to get it.At least that's what I THOUGHT I was doing.It turned out that it isn't that simple.It turns out that Well is the ONLY pharmacy in the area that doesn't stock antibiotics, according to the receptionist.The Pharmacy stocks everything you ever could possibly need, INCLUDING VIAGRA... Just so long as you don't need antibiotics, because that's the one thing that they DON'T stock.At first, I thought that the receptionist meant that they didn't stock that particular type of antibiotic, but she was quite clear in saying We don't stock ANTIBIOTICS

A brilliant chemist & pharmacy. The staff are lovely, friendly & a credit to the store. They go out of their way to help & always have a smile. (Other chemist shops & their staff should take a leaf out of their book)
