I've used this company on a number of occasions now and always found them first class. The team are all super friendly and great workers. Their workmanship is second to none. I'm really pleased with the work they've done and would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service from start to finish by all members of the team involved in our project. Finding a solution to meet our needs and budget, David and Bethany were responsive and flexible from the outset and we felt confident in their expertise and advice. While a small project compared to many, we didn't feel any lesser service due to this, and were blown away by how adaptive the team were when we asked for a 'small' change (which actually was more work than I expected) near completion of the project - upon which, addition resource was quickly mobilised and the drive project was completed to beyond our expectations. Mark and David's high standards of quality workmanship were evident in the care and attention they took, even going above and beyond to repair some parts of the existing drive which wasn't in their scope of work but they wanted the whole drive to look at its optimum.The team were tidy and respectful of the neighbourhood when on site, bringing everything they needed to be self-sufficient, including portaloo despite me offering use of our loo!I would have no hesitation recommending Landscaping by Wallace in the future and I couldn't be happier with the service received. David Wallace and team recently completed hard landscaping in my garden with stone slabs, trellis installation, a new gate and hedge height reduction. The whole team were excellent and a credit to the company. David helped with design and suggestions and the work was completed to a very high standard. We were very impressed with the service provided by this company. From the very start of the planning process to the completion of the works the staff impressed us as knowledgeable, hard-working, punctual and conscientious. They were willing to listen to our ideas and gave us excellent advice on the hard landscaping and planting. They were also very flexible when we wanted to change our ideas!We were amazed at how they worked through some awful weather conditions to complete the job within timescales.The company has continued to keep in touch with us and has answered follow-up questions as they have arisen. They have also offered ongoing maintenance work on an 'as needed' basis at a reasonable cost. David Wallace and his staff are excellent and the overall impression is of a well qualified, professional team.

I contacted Landscaping by Wallace last May for a quote. After a few weeks, someone was sent out to assess my garden for landscaping. We gave all of our ideas and were told it could take a few weeks to get back to us with an estimate. We waited a few weeks with no response. Over the coming weeks and months I emailed a further two times with no response. I contacted them again today and was told that they cannot give me a quote unless they know my budget. This is the 1st time we have been told this since first contacting them 8 months ago. We explained that we do not have a budget (due to many people contributing as part of our wedding present). They have now told me that without a budget they can’t give me a quote and wished me well with my project. We wished we had been told this from the outset.The organisation and reliability of this company is poor and I am very disappointed in the customer service. I would offer a word of caution to any future clients.

This is the first time that I have used Landscaping by Wallace and I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. They were easy to deal with and listened to what my requirements were. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.
