Apple Lodge Therapies - The Jing Method

Just received a Jing method™ treatment from Stephanie. She is very professional, carried out a thorough consultation and assessment and listened to my concerns about what I wanted to achieve from the session. I would highly recommend a Jing treatment, especially if you have been living with a chronic pain condition. My hip has never felt better. So I wil be booking again.

I can’t recommend Steph enough, she has improved my over all health, pain and well-being so much. I have engaged in her NADA sessions, had Rakhi and she treats me for painful plantar fasciitis, neck, back and shoulders due to dislocation injuries from being hyper mobile. The methods she uses and trigger pointing makes a big difference. I highly recommend those in pain to get in touch with her, the relief is fantastic after treatment.

Stef is absolutely amazing, I recommend her to absolutely everyone I know and even booked my mom in for a well deserved pamper. Stef is extremely talented in her field with very powerful healing hands. My mental and physical health hit an all time low last year and visiting apple lodge therapys helped 'fix me' stef will work on what area she feels will be beneficial to me so that even takes the stress out of chosing what treatment to pick as they are ALL AMAZING. I had a much needed massage today by the lovely Steph. It's important to look after your mind and body, and since becoming self employed I've had a lot more stresses, worries and physical strain than ever before. Steph specialises in chronic pain treatment, sports massage, hot stone and Reiki, dealing with the physical pain along with the mental wellness.Steph put me at ease straight away because she's so easy to talk to, the room was super relaxing and smelt amazing as soon as you walk in. I've come home feeling relaxed and refreshed. It's nice to spend an hour thinking about absolutely nothing.I feel like a new man and will definitely be introducing these visits to my monthly routine.

Stephanie listened carefully and I felt really understood. She then performed a thorough assessment of my movement which then helped her tailor the treatment for my needs. Wow, just had a most amazing Jing Method™️ massage from Stephanie! My neck and shoulders have been so stiff and tight due to poor sleeping position, stress and posture and even after one treatment I feel so much better! The room was so lovely and warming, I felt really safe, welcome and comfortable. Stephanie was very informative and professional from start to finish.
