Spent a wonderful morning here being relaxed and pampered by the lovely Sarah. Reflexology and a Facial. Professional relaxing and experienced. As a therapist myself im not easily pleased but Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Am definitely making this a regular treat. Thank you x

My best friend and I had a joint massage and full body scrub at the Norfolk Beauty Rooms. It was such an enjoyable treat and totally worth every penny! Our only regret is not booking more treatments afterwards! Sarah and her team are really professional and the whole salon is very clean. We loved the treatment so much and have already discussed booking again.

I booked first time and I was stuck in the traffic I called and told the reason but she haven’t responded and charged me I told her I will be late 10 15 minutes she said ok but after she texted me and said I don’t have time etc and she didn’t answer my calls. So disappointed I requested her to see me it was my first time I didn’t even know the address I was using map but she didn’t answer my calls I’ll never ever booked her again

I had a 60-minute Dermologica facial with Sarah and it was incredible. She explained what she was going to do and then I was able to relax for an hour. The shoulder massage was a great touch. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been a regular client of Lisa’s for a while now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. While providing consistently excellent service she also manages to make waxing (something which can really spoil your morning, I used to dread it) an unbelievably lovely experience.I always feel completely comfortable and her attention to detail - from prep and treatment to aftercare and maintenance - is fantastic.Thank you Lisa, as always, and see you soon!

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow shape and tint with Helen several weeks ago, and am extremely satisfied with the results. Helen was friendly and informative during the session, and the colour is very natural and long lasting.100% recommended, and great value too!

I had a fantastic 60 minute Dermalogica proskin facial with Sarah. A lovely intimate salon in a great city centre location. Sarah took the time to speak with me about my specific skin needs and walked me through the products and processes she'd be using. The treatment itself was so luxurious, even including a decolette and arm massage which was a lovely touch. The treatment room smelled divine with really relaxing music, and everything was so comfortable. It's fantastic value for money and I'll definitely be back for more treatments in the future.

Had booked a facial service with Norfolk beauty rooms. Unfortunately missed attending the appointment due to an unavoidable situation at home(have a 1 year old). I called 30 min later to my appointment time but they were extremely unaccommodating and enforced their policy of no show and charged me the full fee.Yes legally you are right in doing so, but extremely unethical and unfair to your customers that you did not want to do any accommodations at a later point. It was flat no, these small things are the ones that differentiate a business creating great customer experiences to the ones that do not.All the very best and I hope you feel very proud of yourselves!In response to your reply: And as a business owner you think you have no moral responsibility/obligation to balance protecting your staff with a bit more compassion to your customers?? There is numerous ways you could have done this by giving me an alternative off peak appointment at your convenience to make up!? You are rather comfortable leaching off your customers throwing your contract at their face in other words saying - It is your fault, you pay for consequence! Anyway my bad to have chosen to support a local small business expecting a service. Good luck!

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage here. It was so wonderful, I had to book another! It is one of the first times I have felt comfortable and relaxed in a long time. You are well cared for here by skilled professionals and in a clean welcoming environment.
