Called Ecoblue after my boiler had packed up and wouldn’t reset. Alan arrived as arranged, and quickly diagnosed the fault, along with completing the service British Gas had only half done - the condensation drain syphon had not been cleaned on the service in August and was full of clag and he also refitted the exhaust cowl which the scaffolding company knocked off. We had to wait a day for parts, but Alan returned, fitted the part and the boiler fired up first time! Happy with the price, it was less than British Gas was going to skin me and I’m more than confident in the quality of the service. Highly recommended!

I contacted Alan on New Year’s Eve and left a message for him to contact me and sure enough two days later he did, that was a good start!We arranged for him to come (to do a service on my CH boiler), and sure enough he turned up at 4.30pm, after texting me that he was on his way, I can’t beleive it!When he arrived he promptly set to work and also answered some concerns I had about the efficiency of my system. This guys unbelievable!Alan spent two hours at my property and his charge was more than reasonable, he is booked to do next years service.I have told the story above, because it is so refreshing to actually get someone these days who does what they say they are going to do, I can’t rate him high enough!

I highly recommend Alan to all; the whole experience was professional and organised. My new Worcester boiled was installed with precision. And, additional radiators added to my exsisting heating system without fuss or bother.

Alan was fantastic! He came and replaced my Worcester Bosch boiler for another Worcester Bosch boiler, he was on time, very friendly, tidy, and there was no hidden extras! The price agreed was the price paid. I would highly recommend him.

Alan relocated my boiler for me. Alan was recommended to me and I can see why- he is spot on with his work, clean, knowledgeable and takes great care in what he does. I am really happy with my new boiler location. The old pipework was ridiculous and he re- routed all these to make it look so much neater and better. Incredibly efficient and reliable plumber. Alan arrives on time, quickly identifies the problem and fixes everything to a very high standard. I have used him to fix a shower, bathroom drain and to replace a Belfast sink. He provided advice on obtaining a new mixer valve and sink drain which basically saved me a fortune and now everything is as good as new. I have used him to move a radiator and to install a washing machine and dishwasher. Alan’s fees are reasonable and he is friendly and honest. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend this guy. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Fantastic service from ECo Blue Heating, Allen fitted a Nest onto my worchester Bosch conventional system. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. He comes highly recommended. I've asked him to return on the autumn to give my boiler a service. Thanks Allen for an A1 Job.
