For my special birthday I was goineg to get some silver jewlery(from the shop with the famous turquoise gift box )That was until I visited Silvarious in Bakewell.Stunning shop, beautiful jewleryexquisitely designed and crafted, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant.What's not to LOVE

Staff patronising, pushy and rude never again, there are plenty of other silversmiths.

I wanted to thank Tracey at Silvarious for her exceptional customer service. I was bought a beautiful bracelet from the Ashbourne branch for a big birthday a few years ago and it had become quite tarnished I tried all sorts of potions to get it clean but it quickly became badly tarnished again so I had stopped wearing it. I popped into the branch in Bakewell whilst on holiday and Tracey asked me to pop it in the post (I don't live locally) and she would see if she could get it clean for me, which I did. 2 days later my beautiful bracelet arrived home all lovely and clean again, I can't thank Tracey enough, it's fab.....promise never to use silver dip ever again!!! :)
