I regularly do mountaineering as a hobby and often overwork my muscles due to the strain of the constant climb. I'd grown to live with this as nothing seemed to help ease the pain.Thanks to Mikes in depth knowledge of muscle injuries he was able to diagnose quickly and get to work. I'm now a regular customer and have really felt the benefit of his massages. I would highly recommend booking an appointment!

Mike has been treating me for a few months now after a serious car accident some years ago has left me with body wide injuries and pain. He has helped me to understand my injuries and how best to manage them, often deciphering my medical reports so that I can fully comprehend them. He is excellent at adapting exercises for me dependent on my injuries and I can definitely feel the benefit of his treatments.He is always professional, prompt and adaptable being ready for whatever problem I am struggling with. Mike has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and I can fully recommend him.

As a long distance runner I’m always finding myself picking up little injures and feeling quite tense. Mike provided me with a first class massage that made me notice a difference straight away, I no longer felt as tight and as rigged. He also gave me some great tips for warm up and cool down stenches, much better than the ones I was previously doing. I definitely would recommend him to a friend!

As a rock climber and mountaineer I’m constantly dealing with aches and pains in both my lower back and legs, through mikes massages and overall knowledge and understanding I have not only had a fast recovery but have been able to stay injury free through regular stretching that mike was able to teach me.Very professional and friendly would definitely recommend.

Mike was fantastic.He was early and awesome to talk to. He was very understanding and definitely know his stuff.Mike got straight to the point and told me straight away the issue, and turns out it's a trapped nerve in my arm causing the pins and needles.He even found out the trigger point so I will definitely go back in the near future to see him again. :)

I cycle to work every day, but after the journey my calves were always tight. I contacted Mike to see if he could help me, he assessed my concerns, massaged my legs and gave me some warm up, and cool down stretches to help me understand what I need to do. Gradually, and after a course of repeat visits and regular stretching my calves are much looser and my cycle rides are more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him.
