Threatening behaviour and Con company. Customer service representative was not aware of their refund policy and quoted me random refund value of my ticke without explaining how much money they deducted for what reason.They provided me link to their T&Cs but didn't follow them . However these T&Cs were different from which i accepted during purchase of my ticketInitially they agreed to refund me some money (very small amount) but after some arguments over refund policy they decided not to refund any money to me. Threatening behaviour!They do not care about customers and respect law of land. Avoid them at all cost..

Please be away from these guys. Nothing is cheap with them as advertised. Will never do business with these guys again. Threatening behaviour. Confirmed one set of tickets for the right date and one for another date inspite of booking together. Charged humongous amount to change and refused to accept their error. Could not help but pay becos I had no time to waste after these guys. Threatened using the name of legal action and then apologised for the mistake after payment.

Very unhelpful staff in the line. Called to enquire about tickets to India and told the agent I am getting it cheaper online and then the agent started off a heated argument with me telling me it cannot be cheaper online and then hung up on me.

Horrendous customer service, bullying and verbally abusive staff based in their Delhi call centre. Employees have no clue what’s going on and use bullying tactics to charge £495 “admin fees” from elderly people on-top of the price of the ticket. Will be reporting them to ABTA/ATOL.

We bought the Ticket from these guys and our flight was delayed for 11hours, I have contacted the airlines regrading delayed compensation but the airlines denied that i have to contact my travel agent, Instead of helping us the ticketstoindia are saying that we are not responsible as we are not running an airlines and i asked politely to send an email that they cant do anything instead he was rude and told me to complain if I want to. Please check your rights before you buy the ticket from them..
