After visting a few bathroom showrooms I ended up purchasing from Homefit. Customer service was fantastic. Nicola was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble!

We got a whole new bathroom for homefit. Very happy until Paul Smith came to install it he made a mess of the floor he said he would be back to fix it but never did phoned him text him but he would not answer please no one use this COWBOY.

Ordered all the parts for my bathroom in September, to be fitted in January by an independent fitter. The bathroom is quite small which is why I carefully chose all of the items. Was told if I paid a 50% deposit they would all be ordered there and then and stored until needed. A delivery date was given to them when ordering the stuff.Took the afternoon off work to receive delivery, no tiles arrived as they hadn't allegedly been delivered after being ordered supposedly 4 months ago. The wrong shower door arrived (I had paid alot Extra to get one with a wider opening and told him why I wanted that at the time only a basic standard door arrived) incidentally also the wrong toilet arrived but was close enough to the original one that I didn't complain. This was Friday bathroom was being started on Tuesday. Tile's eventually arrived on Tuesday, shower door he said he changed as the original was not in stock...but he changed with out consultation or without considering why I didn't choose a standard door in the first place??? Why on earth would you do this without saying. And why not order one of the other 3 wider opening doors available? Needless to say no shower door ever turned up and was eventually refunded after lot's of empty it will be here tomorrow's... I told my fitter to get one and I'd sort him out he had the one I wanted within the hour for less than half the price I was being charged by homefit. Would I recommend them... Nope!!

Excellent showroom for kitchens and bathrooms. Pleasant atmosphere and staff very helpful. On our visit Chris worked hard to get us the best choice and design for kitchen and all staff very helpful. Also good parking at front of shop.

Staff were very helpful, didn't have what we needed in store but phoned their warehouse shop and told us they have what we need, we collected it with no problem.

I was in the shop today, spoke to a member of the sales team and asked for one kitchen unit. He asked me for the dimensions and told me he would promptly phone me back later in the day. He didn't phone. Obviously a joke. Under my rights as defined by GDPR, I would like both my name and phone number removed from your data base please.

I recently got a full bathroom installed. Firstly the manager was fantastic, really listened to me and what I needed and helped advise and recommended the best for us. The workmen who carried out the job were super too, professional, constantly working away, never late etc. Fantastic bunch of people. I would really recommend this company.

A relatively small showroom but they can source products from many manufacturers. Friendly staff. Bathrooms downstairs and upstairs and a few kitchens upstairs. Quite competitive and worth a visit to discuss ideas.
