Andy runs an awesome team with a can do attitude. So refreshing dealing with someone that genuinely cares about the outcome.There are other locals that look after Porsche, but none have the AW touch treating you with respect regardless of your knowledge.Frankly, this is the only place to have your Porsche attended to - even the main dealers know this!

I've been using Andy at A W Motor Sport for the last 3 years. In 2019 I was recommended to Andy by a mutual friend having bought a 2003 996 with a host of issues, mostly age related and the consequence of 'deferred maintenance'.Andy and the team at AW are the reason that a) I still own the car and b) now have a totally reliable C4S that drives like new.Finding someone (Andy) with an encyclopaedic knowledge of Porsche engines, and in my case the unfairly much maligned M96 unit, has been constantly reassuring.Combined that with, in response to a call from me describing a particular issue, the scarily precise 'oh that will be diagnosis' over the phone, I will never take my car anywhere else for service and maintenance.A couple of times Andy has suggested that I go direct to Porsche - once for a new key and the other for fitting of a PCCM+ unit. On one of those visits Porsche inspected that car and told me that there was a leak and it needed a new power steering pump. Spoke to Andy who said, 'the pump will be fine, it'll just be a seal'. Predictably, it was. Saved a fortune!The other thing I have enjoyed is working through that 'deferred maintenance' list with Andy prioritising and often suggesting that I wait and save money. I haven't been good at that, hence the condition of the car today. I am delighted.If you are looking for someone to care for your 911, I cannot recommend AW more strongly.

Andy and the boys work so hard to maintain great service and customer relations. From an engine out of my 2003 C4s to basic maintenance. Nothing is to much trouble and advise is very forthcoming and accurate.After using other local Porsche specialists, I would strongly recommend AW Motorsport to anybody with a passion for the Porsche Marque.Regards allMike
