Mr Clutch Autocentres

Mr Clutch were quite expensive and Not all of my repairs are done some of the minor repairs like to change my car bulbs which I've asked were left as it is and I've to do them with other autocentrs with additional cost. when i asked them you have not done those repairs and they said to me they were busy to do pending repair to work on. This is unfortunately not acceptable for any customer to get this kind of response from well known autocentre

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Ricky is a amazing mechanic and BOb the manager was very polite and friendly. I wont take my car anywhere else. Had major issues with car and these guys sorted it. Can't thank them enough. Always friendly and happy to help

Don't go there for an MOT.My car have very minor surface rust underneath and this is what was written on my MOT certificate.Nearside rear inner vehicle structure iscorroded but structural rigidity is notsignificantly reduced (6.1.1 (c) (i)Offside rear inner vehicle structure iscorroded but structural rigidity is notsignificantly reduced (6.1.1 (c) ())Please note that I went to a diffrent MOT garage for a second opinion and I was told that this should not be mentioned on my MOT certificate becuse my car just have minor surface rust and that is normal for the car in that age (2018).Mr Clutch Garage and CUSTOMER SERVICES are not helpful at all.I will be reporting this to DVSA.Avoid and use diffrent garage for service and MOT.Before you reply to my feedback here Mr Clutch I will repeat again your customer service didn't want to help me with this issue....

Very happy with my clutch replacement!!!Its like new,literally!!!Some scratches but can’t be bothered at all , because the price was good as well!!!Highly recommended branch!!!

A good name brand but the guy who performed the MOT on my car does not have faithful commitment to the brand (Mr. Clutch)/customers, not a trust worthy individual. MOT should be solely about the car but trust me, the individual seems to be included whether you engage in a conversation with him or not. The funny thing was, I guessed his character before he started the MOT but I left him with God. Because of him, I found a better place to go to now. Thanks you for that service. God is always good.

I had a full service elsewhere before they said the car had no faults but the clutch was on the way out but wasn't sure how long I had. I broke down near Mr clutch so I went there to get it changed.Mr clutch changed it but left my car with a rattling noise as I drove. They said it was safe to keep driving home 45 mins and to bring it back to them for free to fix as it was their mistake. I took it back a further two times and had to buy a part they broke in the repair and bring it. After 3 visits it was still making a loud noise. They also told me didn't like my car manufacturer which is fine but I didn't need to be told that.I took it to another garage in the end who told me that the drive shaft was very loose and I could have died or been seriously injured driving it. My life had been at risk multiple times taking it back and forth after being told it was safe.Please beware going to Mr Clutch. I thought with clutch in the name they would have been able to put in a new clutch.

Brought my car here for MOT for the 2nd time and it failed horribly. It was quite a bill but I think the prices were fair and the works were completed in fashionable time. There was also a minor defect that I had to come back for and they did that free of charge. I would recommend this service.
