Danny is a fantastic teacher/instructor. I have 2 boys that go to his bulletproof course who were nervous to join. They were soon put at ease and absolutely love these classes. Recently started training at Boa jiu-jitsu and I can confidently say I love it. The couch Danny makes the training enjoyable due to his passion and commitment to the sport which reflexes into the students progression and understanding of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

I have known and been taught by Danny for over 2 years now and wholeheartedly recommend the school, the students and the methodology. Learning the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu needs a steady consistent approach that doesn’t intimidate beginners. Understanding self-defence and how to protect yourself is the bedrock of future skill and knowledge. The floor space is massive, there’s mens and womens changing areas and additional exercise equipment too. Lots of people worry that they have to be fitter, slimmer, younger etc to learn Jiu Jitsu. Not true - Jiu Jitsu taught by Danny is for everyone. Book your introductory classes today - you’ll be glad you did.

Been training here for just over a month now and have been welcomed onto the mats like I’ve been there for years. Each session is different and a great challenge, it’s great fun and lead by a great instructor who has no problem going over techniques however many times you need to drill them to ensure you are safe while rolling and actually learning bjj correctly.

Love it. Class’ are fantastic, Danny’s great, he has a way of teaching that is fun and easy to take in. I was massively nervous on my first day but the students are so welcoming and there is not an ego in sight. My kids also attend the children sessions. You can see the confidence and discipline grow in all the kids every week and they are super friendly, I can not recommend the place highly enough.
