Every time I went there for treatment was turned away with nothing. Seems they look for reasons not to give you treatments

Well my experience of being booked in on the phone just now was painful. I might change this review after being seen but get a new receptionist.Why he wanted to know why I wanted to be seen is A) obvious, and B) not for him to decide.He also told me I'd be seen in a week on Thursday and confirmed that it was on Tuesday.

The kindest staff you'll ever meet. From the nurses to the receptionist everyone was so friendly and very kind throughout the whole process. Couldn't have done more to make me feel at ease.

I came here feeling really sad, I first had the unfortunate experience of meeting a very uptight nurse, who asked me why I was there and I shouldn’t have come. Then I met Julia one of the doctors there. I had a little cry, and she helped me with my problems and even got in touch with my gp, for me to have Councelling. She’s an asset to shac! I was not massively keen on the people at reception either. But Julia saved the day!

How on earth did this site get 4 & 5 star reviews?Your web site gives two different phone numbers and two sets of opening hours so is very confusing.Here on holiday and wanted to see you but every time I rang either number the phone line went dead.Also the post code on your site leads you to a completely different street.The only way to get seen is go there once you have found it and be prepared to sit and wait at least 2 hours.The staff to their credit are helpful and friendly but like all NHS services all over the uk overwhelmed and under funded!STD infections will never be curtailed at this rate!

I had a really comfortable and helpful experience with Brighton and hove sexual health clinic. I called up and was able to book an appointment easily, I am not from the uk and did not have a phone or address but I was still able to get an appointment which was really great for me. My nurse Tara was so kind, reassuring, non judgmental and confidential. I felt really comfortable and I was able to be listened to and get the treatment I needed. Thank you again for this great service.

I had a very pleasant experience recently with this clinic. I didn't have to wait very long and the nurses went above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable. This clinic would be my recommendation to anyone asking for professional sexual health.

The most amazing resource! Person who took my initial call was extremely helpful. I got an appt within 4 days. I was seen by the most wonderful caring nurse who put me at ease. Had thorough tests and examination and was asked about symptoms etc in a non judgemental way. Was given anti biotic treatment without even having to go to chemist and then doctor called me later to follow up with advice on an issue involving HRT. I honestly can’t believe how excellent this service is - everyone from start to finish went above and beyond THANK YOU

I had a coil removed and re-fitted by Juliette and Lisa. They were fantastic! This is my third coil fitting (previously at other clinics) and this was by far the easiest for me to have done. They were patient, kind and understanding. I will be returning here for my coil fittings for a long as I can.
