I am a funeral director in Norfolk and used the services of Abbey to help us with a funeral local to them. From start to finish they were outstanding. Warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. They were what we expected from a local independent. I realise I am in the business but I chose them from their website I could tell they would be professional and wasn't disappointed. Having looked at others nearby, they shone out to me. In my opinion with funerals you are always better to stay with a local, independent and whilst price has to be considered, you nearly always get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice.
