Bupa Dental Care Gillingham

I needed a emergency appointment due to a work accident , they made space and saw me the same day and arranged for me the next morning to have the treatment . They where very kind and understanding as I am nervous with dental work . I had 4 extractions of broken teeth and felt comfortable throughout and recovering well after due to their careful work . I received a follow up call to check how I was doing and given aftercare advice also . I paid privately but was charged reasonably for the work done and told of costs before reatment .

From the moment you enter outstanding friendly reception , Bethan the lovely lady dentist really put me at ease as very nervous customer and great care given by the lovely Theo who removed my tooth was completely understanding and virtually painless to the great after care thankyou

They were really good when I first joined, but following a recent mental breakdown and major change in my physical health I accidentally missed an appointment. I have always paid upfront and have never missed an appointment. The lack of compassion showed by the reception team was quite frankly shocking. They want to charge me £38 but my financial situation has changed meaning that I couldn’t afford this.I get they have a business to run, but we all have situations occur in life that sometimes mean things happen out of our control. I explained my situation to the team and because I can’t pay the balance they have cancelled my October appointment.I have recommended this place to several people. I will now withdraw this and advise they avoid at all costs, as there are much kinder people out there who show empathy and sympathy.AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND A DECENT DENTIST WITH GOOD RECEPTIONISTS

Seen on time, tooth repaired (Unexpected), sound advice for future treatment, a wonderful experience with the receptionists, dentist assistant and of course the dentist. It is a great pity that not all businesses are up to this superb quality. Well done all.

I recently visited this practice and i was very happy with my treatment. Christy was very good and informative throughout my treatment and her nurse Tish was also brilliant! I highly recommend this practice and will be visiting again :)

Absolutely wonderful with children.Dr Amit Ruparelia treated both of my boys and was absolutely fantastic at making them feel comfortable and chatting on their level. He even reassured them with his own experiences.He was very patient with my eldest son who insisted on sitting up every 10 seconds and asking numerous questions about exactly what the dentist was doing.We found all the staff to be lovely, the building is built for purpose, light and airy. The best part is the later evening opening to allow for after work visits.Altogether a wonderful surgery which is very family friendly.

I came here with my son for an emergency appointment as he had an abscess on a broken baby tooth. We saw a dentist called Nick. Everyone was very friendly and Nick was so good with my son and spoke to him in a very calm way. Thank you very much, I definitely recommend this dentist.

Well, what can I say. Bethan was brilliant. Tilly, her assistant was absolutely amazing. A daughter with anxiety is a difficult task, she felt relaxed and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing.On the down side, I wasn't informed until we were in the room that the manager would be taking notes! Not impressed with that as my daughter was assuming and comfortable knowing that there were people there that she was familiar with.Tilly, I'd like to say thank you, you made ruby feel so relaxed and you're brilliant. Saw nick today as I was in pain and having problems. He made me feel safe and at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone. Really friendly nurse and reception team as well. Thank you so much!

Bethan has been my Dentist for many years, and Christy my Hygienist, both are amazing at their jobs, they are professional, friendly, caring, reassuring and give great results. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My 2 year old daughter has started seeing Bethan, who is fantastic with her, and the children's corner in reception is a great thing to have. The receptionists are always lovely and helpful also. Thank you all.
