As a student I received little to no support for a myriad of issues pertaining to the property. Upon one issue being (eventually) resolved my room was left unlocked, which was unacceptable. Communication was largely poor, and I was actively discouraged from contacting authorities on matters related to my living conditions.Do not trust this agency. If you're a student, use the uni's own accomodation services, as even outside of their own halls there is more accountability and protection for you than Kings will ever consider.

I had a booking to see a flat for rent,the agent was very discourteous,was hard to found property,she didn’t wanna pick up the phone,they asked me to send all the details and after that they said the property gone.Don’t choose them .

They were very helpful prior to completion of the works and during the process of finding tenants.Ish Mchemwa, the agent I dealt with was very thorough and professional providing me with everything I needed to ensure this was an stress-free process.Tenants were not only found very quickly, but I also had options to choose from and a detailed profile on each tenant which helped me to make an informed decision.
