Had a major problem with two electric acoustic guitars to be used in an upcoming gig. I phoned Jim at Joanie's Music. He was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone, and to my surprise and delight he was able to fix my two guitars an hour later (even staying late at work to finish my repairs). Wonderful to have this high standard of service (plus a shop filled with many guitarists delights) on Stirling's doorstep. Who needs Glasgow or Edinburgh??

Quite far from where I live but had no luck with the stores in Glasgow finding the guitar that I wanted so gambled on a visit. Well worth it and I could easily have bought more than one guitar after only 15 mins in the store. Guitars are well set up and I feel I got a great deal and was made to feel very comfortable whilst making a noise! Thank you!

Possibly the best experience I've had with a local guitar shop in a long time, great bunch of guys and were very helpful with modifications made to my guitar.Would definitely recommend, and let's hope they're here for the long run!

Popped in to get my jack repaired, (was obviously my fault), had it fixed in absolutely no time and to an amazing standard as well, also had a wee peek at the range of guitars and instruments, fair to say the best little guitar shop in Stirling! Would recommend to anyone who into music or even beginning too!

Super cheap guitars. The guy was super helpful and I didn't feel pressured to leave or hurry up testing. The guitar I bought is great! Also 3 picks for 1 pound is a great deal

Took my guild into Joanie’s as was having issue with signal loss and despite having other work on that day he managed to look at the guitar and fix it for me as had gig next day. Guitar was perfect. Thanks again.

Nipped in here for the first time to pick up new strings. Great music shop and had things I needed I didn’t expect them to have! Brilliant selection of guitars and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Will be back here regularly.
