Spotted the 15% discount sale on so popped to the Loughborough store.Needed some new walking shoes and had my eye on some Merrills, but the price was more then my budget. However there were some that had been reduced already by £30, and with another 15% off I just couldn’t resist. The young shop assistant, Charlotte, was really helpful, fetching different colours for me to try. I also treated myself to a new waterproof coat and a Ridge Monkey XXL.Great shopping experience, it’s a big store with loads of choice and helpful staff…thanks Charlotte!

Amazing service! Had a issue with my walking boots and they exchanged with no issues and even though I didn't have the receipt. Wouldn't go anywhere else for hiking gear.

One of the best outdoor stores. Wider range of goods than Decathlon but not as competitive in prices. Also if I was you, I would get rid of the dirty carpet and put nicely ground concrete down.

Told Click&Collect was paid for over email (C&C Desk) so handed items, leaving store was told to come back in and accused of shoplifting in front of entire shop. Very unprofessional and rude. Long cue at checkout, one person serving whilst 4 other staff members stood around chatting. Poor management, Will be taking it further directly. Horrible experience, avoid.

This newly renovated store is much better than before. It is nice and warm and a very comfortable place to browse. They have a good level of stock to choose from.I would recommend coming here to get any outdoors equipment, be sure to check on their website for any additional discount codes to use in store.

Found what we were looking for (that doesn't always happen) at a good price. Location has had a revamp since last visit. Looks much smarter. Footwear assistant was particularly helpful.

I normally like coming to this store. It's recently been redone inside which actually looks great, clean and set out well. Only issue is some bright spark forgot to add a women's toilet. There is a men's toilet with 2 cubicles and a urinal and a disabled toilet with one toilet in. Obviously women don't Go Outdoors!

Massive place stocking everything. We liked a tent, then didn't have it in stock so they've ordered 1x in.....supposed to take 3-5 days delivery.....we're on day 3 so we'll see. Go outdoors recently had a refurbishment so it's all newly decorated etc. Was hot in there..... not there fault as its got a metal roof but maybe aircon should've gone in on the refurbishment....

Arrived at the store in Loughborough looking for sea fishing equipment only to find it was very limited , managed to find some of my requirements including a reel but when arrived at the till was asked if I had a go outdoors card which I did not and was told the prices in store are for people who have a card and the items I had would cost more than double what they were advertised . The person on the till said I could have a card for five pounds so left it all at the till. A 40 mile round trip for nothing . Be careful if you buy from these stores.
