KMC Roofing Specialists

Kennie attempted to fix a leaking roof. The roof still leaks and Kennie ignores my phone calls, text messages and emails as I would like him to return to fix the job. I paid him in excess of £3,000 which is now a complete waste of money. I recommend to not use KMC/Kennie! He is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I am really disappointed and can not believe he ignores me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Work carried out quickly and efficiently by Kennie. Proffesional throughout and explained throughout the installation what he was doing. Would recommend to anyone needing roofing work and will definitely use again as a first choice.

Kennie tiurned up on time the first day and left several times on the pretext to get tiles and cement asking me for money to buy them. Didn't finish the job and had to come back the next day. Had to chase him several times before he turned up eventually. He managed to break two further tiles but said they were already broken but we have a camera on the front of the house so can see everything and they weren't. When nearly finished he said he would come back the next day to tidy up the mortar and replace the lead flashing. He didn't do either and the roof looks like its been done by trainnee and the lead has not been fixed so will need to get someone else out. I have texts from him saying he will come back but once he's got your money good bye and never seen again. Do not use unless you keep the money until the job is fully completed. Poor service and terible communication.

Failed to attend on 3 separate occasions to rectify the work that he (Kennie) carried out. Did not contact me, I had to chase on each occasion asking where he was. I am currently going to small claims court with written reports from other roofers, showing the poor standard of work and failure to follow approved UK standards.You have been warned.

They will need to come again the quality of the work has not lasted 2 weeks. Not happy about this at all. I will update this review as/if things progress

Repaired flat roof and garage roof leak , nightmare to get hold off and not turning up. Repaired the roofs and didn't quite catch the leak so promised to come back he said his word was his honour and nothing. Happy to take your money, complete cowboy had to report him to checkatrader. Won't return calls or texts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Excellent service and well pleased with work done to repair our flat roof! Would recommend!!
