Visited the M&S cafe. Vegetable soup and toasties were delicious. Staff friendly. Reasonably priced. COVID protocols in place and staff following these. Plastic screens between tables. Would recommend and return.

I am a frequent visitor to Marks and Spencer’s cafe.I always ask for two tea bags in my tea. Yesterday I was told I would be charged £2.50 for the extra tea bag. They have lost a valued customer.

Some of food is overpriced and short dates especially on bread products. Most of young staff members need training in customer care skills as they lack them. I rather shop at Waitrose where staff are friendly willing to help if you can't find what your looking for. Marks and Spencer staff just point do not take you to where the product is., Which I feel is wrong, especially when you have lot of elderly customers.

Sorry M&S but the use of a Ciabatta roll for breakfast..... I took the bacon my friend the omelette, it was so hard we were unable to eat it so removed the filling and left the roll behind. Would seriously reconsider using this type of bread roll as a breakfast product or perhaps cook it less??

A medium-sized store with a good selection of clothing for men, women and children including babies. There is a Food Hall and café available.

2 floors of food, clothing and cafe in a central location the best bit is the food hall as the clothing although quite good isn't always worth the money compared to other stores and the cafe has some nice bits of food but quite a bit is overpriced for what you get. 2 pounds for 1 can that wasn't all that great and a lack of some selection in the cafe was a disappointment. Cake and cafe weren't up to the price standard although service was good as was the speed.
