WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE NO STARS AS THIS IS A BROKER WARNINGdo not pay a deposit until you have details in writing and a photo if possible i booked a luxury 6 seater white wedding car and was directed to a company who was providing a silver PEOPLE CARRIER!!they would not refund the deposit so earned £150 for doing absolutely nothing and insisted I had booked a people carrier - they lied and said they had recorded the call - pretty sure they didn't but also they should tell you when you are being recorded under GDPR - 2ND THOUIGHTS DONT BOOK WITH THEM AT ALL AS OTHER REVIEWS ARE TERRIBLE TOO

utter rubbish !, got to registry office for wedding, then car locked, and couldnt be used any more, so had to get taxis, and AA for limo, not very helpful company. just to say thanks for ruining day.!

Don't be fooled by these guys this is the Limobroker in Cardiff that are a broker - they don't own any cars. Read the Limobroker reviews before you book.

Pathetic company, biggest waste of money going through these lot. Their staff have no brains and cannot understand anything you say. I was hiring a car for my sons wedding day and wanted a Rolls Royce Phantom for the whole day and spoke to a sales executive Joseph Sweet. He quoted £1400 which I was happy to pay. I went through the timings with him and several other sales executives over and over again and they said they took them down and we confirmed everything a few times. I would continuously ask them to make sure the car is being hired for the whole day and they were very adamant and reassuring when they said you have the car for the whole day" to find out on the day of the wedding that we only had it from 8am till 12pm. I had to fork out an extra £900 on the day to keep the vehicle. As if planning a wedding weren't stressful enough but having to run around to try and get £900 cash is the last thing you want to be doing. The itinerary for the day was - Oxford to the church (15minute drive) Church to a hotel to get ready (20minute drive) hotel to Silverstone(1hour drive) then back to a location in Oxford (1hour drive) then from that location in Oxford back home (5minute drive)
