Very friendly and professional staff, only popped in as a trip down memory lane as I used to go through here on the boats when I was younger. Staff were happy to have a chat, well worth looking at their hire boats, they have been in operation for many, many years and are really knowlegable.

Very grateful to R N/Bs, stopped to water up and discovered a leak from the calorifier.Rob came across to scope the job.Returning at 9 am this morning and working right through, removing calorifier and replumbed everything by early afternoon.On our way again with thanks for the support and excellent service.

Just finished a week on the canal with Rose boats. We had a great time. As commented by others the staff were helpful and friendly, the boat was well equipped and comfortable and we were given all the guidance we needed.

Shopped in their chandlery dept only so can't comment on other aspects of the business.The items I required were in stock so 10/10 for that.Staff very helpful and happy to search through piles of stock for the items I wanted.So 10/10 for that.In short a good place to visit.

We hired a dayboat that carries 12 people. A gentleman from Rose Narrowboats showed us around the boat and how to use the controls. Once we had taken everything in we set off along the Oxford Canal towards Rugby. The Rose Narrowbats teacher" stayed with us for the first half mile or so. We enjoyed a very pleasant day out several people had a go at steering the boat.Can thoroughly reccomend this company."

We rented Concerto for a week (myself, wife, and parents over 80) June 4-11, 2022. The boat was well equipped with ample sleeping space, two bathrooms, varied kitchen equipment. Easy to start and drive. We were instructed well by Jamie on operation. Office manager was helpful and they were flexible when we wanted to return the boat earlier than the last day booked. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
