Rude and ignorant forklift driver

trying to buy a part , still 3 days in no call back have chased twice after first call, i would actually like to spend some money, personally wouldnt bother buying a product if you cant get the back up if it goes wrong.

Not impressed with the mix of poor customer service and very high service pricing.

One way entry , you can easily miss the NO entry sign , because is pointing wrong direction , i had entered wrong way and the forklift driver start being nervous at me regarding this issue .Sorry .:)

Very unreliable blast chiller. Service is terrible too. Forever waiting for the machine to be fixed. So far two months. Parts and labour shockingly expensive and they make you pay for it before visits and paid £2000 in advance in total and still not fixed. Never buy theirs again.

Regarded as the best refrigeration manufacturer by our clients of restaurants, cafes, bistros and public houses. Superb refrigeration equipment!

Bad experience. Constant excuses to why the product was delayed - I was told the fridge was to be delivered on a specific date. After waiting on site all day for the delivery I was told by email at the end of the day that the product had fallen off a lorry and had to be rebuilt. I took this with a generous £150 discount for wasting my day waiting around.THEN 3 WEEKS LATER, I was told with less that 24 hours notice that the fridge was being delivered the next day between 10 - 4:30pm so after rearranging the space for entry I was told at 4pm (by email) that the lorry had broken down and would be rearranged for delivery in 5 days.THEN out of the blue with NO NOTICE it arrived, just lucky i was around to receive it.NO COMPENSATION OFFERED THE SECOND TIME ROUND. I paid for 3 years extra warranty which could have easily been waived.HUGE COSTS & STRESS INCURRED.POOR SERVICEWILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF THEY DON'T COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS.
