Incredibly disappointed with the service received so far. I am dealing with the 4th appointed solicitor since September 2020. I’m aware the latest solicitor started in February 2021 and is yet to make contact to provide any type of update. I have had to answer enquiries more than once which has demonstrated that the case has not been progressed since November 2020. Had I have known this was the service I was going to receive I would have most certainly looked elsewhere. Atrocious service.

Large, good service but impersonal
