We’ve just bought our first home through Archer & Co. Zara and Gill have been amazing from start to finish. Thankyou so much!!

Would highly recommend these Estate Agents. We went on the market during Covid, which made all aspects of selling a bit difficult. Our salesperson, Zara, was really helpful and after giving us the initial assessment/valuation, explained in full how the marketing of our property would progress. She kept in touch and helped with regard to showing the house to potential buyers, especially as contact re Covid was limited. And she was there to take the keys for handover as we vacated the house. As our sale progressed , we were in contact with another really helpful person in the office. This was Gill. She fielded all our phone calls and chased up solicitors on both our and the buyers side, ensuring that we didn't have to fret when things went quiet. We have enjoyed working with them, and feel that we have been well looked after.

I cannot fault the service provided by Archers Chepstow, from the first visit from Zara right through to the sale communications were excellent. Zara and Gill were always available to discuss issues and navigated through several tricky situations brilliantly. We had a really positive experience with Archers and Zara in particular.Zara was very professional and marketed the house extremely well. This was during the pandemic and normal visits couldn't arranged. We had one open day and received a number of offers on this day, house sold 2 weeks after the first advert.Once the sale was in progress we were kept upto date with the progress and full marks to Gill in the office who chased down both sets of solicitors to conclude the sale.A very positive experience.
