Met Mark today and what a smashing lad he was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the item, you couldn't wish to meet a nicer lad, everything went well the item was in brilliant condition well pleased with it, looking forward to having it delivered thanks for all your help and support kind regards to both yourself and your wife very polite and professional couple. Bought a scooter a month ago and had cause to take it into a mobility shop near me as the seat had broke so i rang MBs up and he told me he wasn't going to come all the way to tighten a screw ,A1 mobility told me it was dangerous as the wood was rottonand it was at least 8 years old, MBs told me it was 4 years old and when I told him this he threatened to take me to court if I made any more derogatory comments,he also told me i didn't know what I was talking about, and i felt very intimidated by him would not recommend

After a lot of research into the best scooter for me I found marks number and After just a couple of phone calls detailing what I wanted, I went to mark and tried a scooter, with no pressure whatsoever I bought one immediately, from start to finish my experience was first class, and I would highly recommend M B,s for straight talking, expert advice and very reasonable prices.

Bought my first mobility scooter from Mark, amazing customer service experience, nothing is too much trouble, unfortunately didn't get to meet the man himself but his girlfriend and his dad were both amazing and had several conversations with Mark about what I needed and as I say nothing is too much trouble.
