Pawcasso Dog and Cat Grooming
Brought my cat along for his first groom yesterday and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! He came out looking younger, lighter and happier, having lost a lot of shaggy coat which was making him uncomfortable. He was very relaxed and calm when I collected him, so had obviously been treated well. Will definitely be bringing him back for more pampering from this very kind and expert lady.

Cindy provides a friendly, professional service as all times. She has been grooming and clipping my cocker spaniel for a few years and does an excellent job. My dog loves her and I’m delighted with his haircut. Thank you Cindy

My flatmate and I took her cat down today for his first ever groom and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He is an anxious cat and was extremely nervous which made both of us a little anxious too but Cindy was amazing, so friendly and made us feel at ease to leave the wee guy with her. He wasn’t the easiest to deal with due to his anxiety but I know he’ll be very happy with his fresh cut (once he stops being moody with us for making him go!!). Would recommend this place to anyone - so friendly and professional. Thanks Cindy for being so kind and patient and sorry Bean was a bit of a pain to deal with today!!

Booked an appointment almost a month in advance, phoned on the day of appointment to double check the time of it but was met with a message stating the owner was unwell and not to bother leaving a message as she wouldn't get it. Tried to phone and rearrange but was cut off twice. Very poor.

Pawcasso Dog and Cat Grooming
I took my two Maine Coons here, it was difficult finding a cat groomer in the area. They both had fur clumping in the armpit and groin area which I couldn’t brush out. Their coats are great now and they are so much happier after being groomed. I was pleased with the result and will return if a similar problem arises.
