My Rear View Mirror and housing fell off, and quite oddly, not alot of people could help.I took it to the Salisbury branch. They fixed it with very little fuss, had great customer service and a fair price.Very good.

I have been waiting for a phone-call from them for the past 2-3 weeks. They NEVER pick the phone and their switchboard keeps making excuses about leaving notes at this branch for a call back.

Excellent service. The Manager, Simon, was juggling a covid depleted workforce, and appalling weather, but still managed to attend to the refitting of my rear window and at a very fair price, too. Friendly, knowledgeable, and done with great precision and speed.What more could you want. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing branch. Polite, efficient and professional. I cannot fault their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the branch. I booked a chip repair but on inspection by the mobile technician he advised that the nature of the stone chip meant a replacement would be a better option. Less than a week later the new windscreen had been ordered and fitted. The BMW 330e required specialist calibration of windscreen sensors but even so the job was completed within 2 hours. Just brilliant!

plenty more places to get glass for your car ,took my windscreen out brought the wrong one 3 times and still not the same my fan is making a funny noise and the fitter also lost my roof caps and said some one else must of taken them off he was the only person that touched the roof caps and my heater was fine before he touched my car so I have no heating and no roof caps I waited over a week for my car to be abused my windscreen trim blew up in the wind and snapped coz the fitter never stuck it correct. THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BUT HAVENT BIG DISSAPOINTMENT

Initially went to get a chip repaired but the nature of the damage meant a long lasting invisible chip wasn’t possible. I elected to get a replacement windscreen instead which they fitted for me straight away. They advised me it could be an hour and a half but the repair was completed within an hour……Very pleased with the excellent customer care and the workmanship.Thank you.Angela
