I have been an Xlance customer for the past five years, visiting the salon on a fortnightly, (sometimes weekly) basis.The customer service these skilled professionals provide is simply second to none! Jess Galloway and Rebecca Taylor always go above and beyond for their clients, ensuring you are 100% satisfied before you walk out that door. I am a very critical person with high expectations, yet I can honestly say, in five years, I’ve never ever left disappointed - that in itself speaks volumes.This salon uses high end products at realistic and affordable prices. I would highly recommend the Matrix Bond Ultim8 treatment - it leaves your hair silky smooth, prevents breakage and helps sustain colour for weeks on end. They also have a loyalty card scheme offering discount of subsequent cuts, colours and treatments.I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. If you haven’t tried this place - do it, you won’t be disappointed.Keep up the good work girls.

First visit yesterday, had my hair cut by Jess, absolutely delighted with my hair will definitely be back. Lovely salon clean, comfortable and very welcoming, will recommend the salon to all my friends.
