Our mortgage advisor Stephanie and client relationship manager Jayne gave 5 star service in the Dundee branch. From beginning to end, we got an appointment really quick and was kept up to date throughout the process of our mortgage being approved. I first heard about First Mortgage as a recommendation from friends and colleagues who had recently gone through the process of buying their first home and had only heard good things. Something that appealed to me was being able to meet someone face to face to discuss the available options and secure an agreement in principle. I initially met with Paul at the Perth branch who was first class to deal with and took me through each and every step.After having an offer accepted on a house I met with Stephanie at the Dundee branch who was incredibly helpful. She finalised the mortgage itself and provided recommendations on protection policies that suited my needs. From there, Megan has been brilliant at keeping me up to date on the application process which has been very reassuring.Special mention to Jayne also who kindly gathered the relevant documentation at the time of making the offer. This definitely helped speed up the application process.For what I thought was going to be a drawn out, stressful process, the team at First Mortgage have kept it simple and easy to understand and all at zero cost to the applicant. I can't recommend them enough!

David and Lisa from First Mortgages Dundee were exceptional. We were on a tight deadline and they did everything in their power to get our mortgage accepted in time. The communication from both of them was outstanding, which made me feel more relaxed about the time scale.
