I'm so happy with my haircut that Millie did, it was my first visit to WKD! She was amazing at blow drying too and I walked out the salon with gorgeous, bouncy hair. I'll definitely be back soon!!

I had a cut and finish with Sammie today she really made me feel comfortable in the salon, the team are so polite and welcoming what a beautiful clean salon it is!

I have been using the beauty side of WKD for a few years and I am never disappointed with the friendly service, prices and quality of work done. I recently also had my hair done by Jan and was very happy with the outcome. Never rushed and made to feel special by all the staff here. Started coming here on a friend’s recommendation a few years ago. Always receive the most amazing welcome and service every time. The team is super friendly and professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if it’s not the closest salon to where I live.My hair is not the easiest to manage but Jan has achieved wonders and miracles with it. A natural brunette, I now sport the most “natural” blond locks.I recently had a nano keratin treatment and can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone with thick and coarse hair like mine - it has made my hair really soft, smooth and the best thing is that now I more or less just wash & go instead of spending hours with the hair dryer after every wash so it has saved me a huge amount of time recently.Best salon in Berkshire as far as I’m concerned.

I requested a balayage with Emmie but Emilie highlighted all my hair instead. It is now falling off and totally damaged.A very unprofessional rude staff and the manager Sammie and owner hung up on me twice! AND I said no straightener but she refused to listen AGAIN.They think I am bluffing butI am now suing them as my hair is falling out and they refuse to listen or fix the damage.Must be all chopped off and they do not care.Awful. Rude Cowboys!!And rude manager!TOTALLY MESSED UP MY HAIR!!The owner calls you a liar and hangs up on you.How to fix broken damaged overbleached hair!I asked for a balayage and I get a full head of over processed canari color yellow hair!Emily even says she does not see the 2 colors. Next time" she said but charges me for what she did not do!Emily welcame me with: " I might not have time to do it all as someone booked on line after you".I asked for a bob and did not get it but get charged !Beware they force you to buy products too.They forgot I did the skin test!They stare at you from head to toes when booking.
