My favourite dry cleaners!I always take my sons school suits & husbands shirts to be dry cleaned & pressed. I’m always impressed by the level of service & cleanliness of anything we bring in!

I wouldn't give even 1 star! Don't do any alteration in this shop. Maybe they do a good dry cleaning but alteration is terrible. I left a brand new dress to cut an inch. After collected I fully trusted and did not check straight away but on my return home. The owner (an old man) did his job like a unexperienced beginner. Also destroyed a fabric and left holes! I asked him refund for his job-he issued and shouted on me! No apologies from his side of course!

Although dry cleaned well the price for two suits came to 25 pounds. Quite pricey for London as my previous cleaners provided the same standard and service for 15 or less.

I was not able to get the staff attention for 15 mins while being in the shop. Instead I used the dry cleaner on the other side of the park for the service of which I am very pleased

I was very disappointed in the service of this dry cleaners in all ways. They wasn't very inviting or friendly when I was asking advice and prices. I felt I had no choice but to leave 2 pairs of brand new trousers here as I knew this shop had been here many years and give them a try. I only wanted them taken up an inch and the price I felt was high but thought maybe this is the going rate and needed the trousers urgently. One pair came back burnt with a hole, looks like an iron burn as was shiny on the fabric. They MUST have know they had caused this although may have been an accident but they played me there. They never confessed and I was so upset I felt very cheated. Wish I'd taken a pic now but just threw them away as there's no way they'd admit to fault! Definitely clumsy and uncaring! NO Elegance in this dry cleaners!

Professional,honest and reliable

A good and reliable dry cleaner. The staff are always very polite. I have also had minor repairs done to a high standard.

DO NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I asked them to sew on badges on to my daughter's new school blazers. THEY ARE REALLY CROOKED. Not little bit. A lot. Owner insisted they were not crooked. After arguing with me for a long time, he finally concedes that yes they are crooked, but that it is normal"
