Yi Fang Fruit Tea Old Spitalfields Market

YI FANG ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!I purchased a £20.00 digital gift card for a friend directly from Yi Fang’s website back in JANUARY but, when attempting to use it in several branches (Canary Wharf, Bond Street, and others), the staff claimed to not know how to process payments using the gift card. Eventually, after speaking with staff from at least 3 branches, we were informed that Yi Fang have discontinued the use of gift cards. Ah, brilliant! So, where’s my money?For the past 10 months, I’ve gone back and forth between Yi Fang and Toggle (the third-party company who powered the digital gift cards) — Yi Fang tell me to go to Toggle (they actually told me it’s “Toogle” so almost had me contacting the wrong people, further wasting my time!!!), and Toggle tell me to go to Yi Fang for my refund. I even passed my details onto a member of staff at the Canary Wharf branch who said they would pass it onto their Manager (who is, conveniently, never around) but, unsurprisingly, the Manager has not contacted me to this day.At this point, after several months of absolutely terrible communication with Yi Fang’s staff (in store, and via Instagram because they refuse to respond to my emails!), I honestly feel like walking into a Yi Fang branch and demanding £20.00 cash straight from the till, PLUS free drinks as compensation for the amount of time and energy that has been wasted on this useless company.REFUND ME NOW!!!!!!!

I rarely give a 1 star but honestly they completely messed up this order, poured the contents into a new cup with milk… Like, complete waste of £12

~ 21One of the many stalls from this chain, I've heard about it but haven't tried it until that day and it's pretty good, has a nice range of things to offer, nothing bad to mention really, good service as you'd expect, so If you like these kind of drinks, you can't go wrong.Getting here by public transport, Liverpool Street (Central/Circle/Hammersmith & City/Metropolitan/Overground/Stansted Express/TfL Rail/c2c/greateranglia) is your best bet but you could also use the buses, there are many stops based around here too.Recommended.

This is my go-to bubble tea in London, I’ve never found another place like it. I’ve tried a lot of different places and they cannot come close to the quality of Yi Fang. Such a shame that so many other locations of theirs are closed

Worst bubble I have ever had. I had heard really good things about yi fang, so not sure if it’s just this branch in particular thats as bad. The fresh milk tea I ordered with 30% sugar was watery, sickeningly sweet with mushy boba, the lemon tea my husband got was equally bad, if not more so, both had to bin it after a couple sips and was a total waste of 11 quid.

The cashier was very friendly. However, the drink I ordered was absolutely vile. I ordered the mango passionfruit tea, and although I was told there were no actual Passion Fruit pieces to go in, I was still happy to have it. What I got was a puree like juice water with random bits of fruit in it (i.e. apple?) - not a tea whatsoever!My friend ordered the taro milk tea, and this just tasted completely wrong.We ended up throwing our drinks away - waste of money!

Went today with my mum and brother. I ordered a lemon ice tea with the recommended 50% sugar. It was really nice, a lot of other tea places tend to make it so strong that you can no longer taste the lemon but here it was spot on. Thank you guys :)

I really like their bubble teas and fruit teas. Completely overpriced for what it is (£5 - £6 per drink) but hey that’s London for ya! Fast service which is how it should be.
