Absolutely disgusting service from this place avoid!! First they rang at 8pm the day before our booking to say they need to cancel because the lady we booked wanted the day off. Then changed their mind and said we could come in for the appointment when we couldn’t reschedule! Booked for a Brazilian for £25, when I arrived she told me that a Brazilian was just the sides and if I wanted a proper Brazilian I would have to pay £45! I told them that I’d booked my Brazilian online for £25 and that’s supposed to be all front and back but she insisted that a Brazilian was the same as a normal bikini wax (even though a normal bikini is only £10) I left straight away!!! Something very strange about this place

I visited the place on Friday 29, 2022 for my Pedicure treatment. The place was very neat and clean. Tanzila the therapist was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the overall service I received from the staff worth every penny I spent. I will definitely visit the place again and without any doubt recommend to any one for their beauty and skin treatments.

For the first time in my life I allowed myself to take advantage of facial treatments. After the first visit, which took place 3 hours ago, I am very pleased. Great caring staff, A wonderful place. I recommend 100%. I can't wait for the end result after the 4th facial treatment. Thank you very much.

Had my lashes done here 2 days ago and already they’ve all fell out. The lady was very friendly and i do feel bad to leave this review, but i wont be returning , sorry :(

Very nice clean and beautiful place, customer service was good. The staff took a long time in doing their work, an hour's pedicure took more than 2 hours, the hairdresser was very slow, not a smile on her face and didn't talk much. If your client has only got an hour to get her pedicure, etc done and you take so long, they will think twice before going back. Saying that I think and hope it's just an initial problems of any new place. I am hoping to go back for my massage and hope to get a relaxing, calming massage

Very lovely and beautiful place. So calm and beauty therapists are professional and helpful. I did microdermabrasion facial and was very happy about it. The treatment delivered in a very calm way to the point that I fell asleep and also got a great results. Glad to find this place.
