The cafe : well ordered some simple food , 3 members of staff working about 20 people in the restaurant. Waited over 35 minutes fir fish fingers and chips . Seriously ridiculous. Had to get a refund with no food

What an abysmal store. Went in today to buy a bottle of whiskey and ended up leaving it as it is now required to be paid for at customer services. One person behind the counter doing returns with another uninterested but thought doing scan as you go was better than serving the queue that had formed.

Café wasn't serving food, had to walk all the up the stairs with two hungry children to find out. Parking all sucks, parent and child spots are miles away from the trollies, am I meant to leave my children in the car and walk across the car park?

Just having a coffee with my husband in the cafe and surprised at the lack of staff. Just one lad serving, clearing tables, waiting on tables etc.we had to wait a long time to be served, therefore a big queue was building up.Surely another member of staff is not too much to ask especially at lunchtime.I must say the lad was coping excellently despite having no help. Customers were clearing the tables for him to help!

Thanks Tesco Amesbury great service. I went to buy a few bits with my wife and 8 year old daughter, the shopping also included couple of beers and a bottle of prosecco. When coming to self check out I had the ordeal with dealing with a young Tesco employee and I use that loosely, as she didn't even look old enough to be working at the store never mind buying alcohol herself. She asked my wife for ID but didn't have it so I provided mine which I'm of the age of 31. So then she persists on calling the male till manager who was even more rude than her and some form of attitude on the situation. So like said before great job Tesco Amesbury for employing the best staff with great attitude you get it and rudeness.Maybe these need a little lesson on how to speak/treat customers Tesco.

Dreadful; nobody bothered to serve without me calling. When they eventually and reluctantly came there was a definite attitude problem. Lots of tables to clear yet cafe empty apart from one other. Will not return.

This is a great Tesco store. I love the extra width aisles that seem to make the weekly shop so much easier and pleasant.They have all the usual in-store extras like a Café, Mobile Phone shop, Pharmacy etc.Great stock and friendly staff.

Very rude member of staff on self service tills Andrew. He was very rude to myself and sister as we needed help as till was playing up and 4 members of staff just stood there chatting and giggling when customers needed help and I commented only to be told if I didn’t like it I could leave the store! Very poor service!
