Brilliant shop. Great staff and knowledgeable. Endless choice of bikes. Always welcoming and pleasant. They understand what motorcycling is all about without the usual 'sell sell corporate approach' Ive seen in other shops.

Started off so well I was assured I was assured that if I brought a bike I would be looked after and not let down. Probably the best bike I've ever owned only let down by after sales service. Despite paying £600 in 7000 miles my bike as never been serviced to manufacturers spec, valve's never checked , air filter not changed. On last service (£309 for a oil change) I'm told there may be a problem with the bike and they would need it for a few" day. This would leave me without any transport and without a motorcycle for the first time in 40 years.Do you really take a bike for a test ride before you service it? My sat nav says you didn't. When people spend thousands of pounds with you is it reasonable to leave them without transport ?I take no pleasure in leaving a bad review.Maybe moto guzzi and Arnold's is not right for me."

Excellent service. Lovely people.I recently purchased a very clean, used BMW F800GT from Arnolds, Burton.We were met by Andy who had explained over the phone the arrangements put in place during the current Covid-19 outbreak. Gloves and hand sanitizer were available and screens were set up to protect staff and customers.The bike was very well presented, battery connected ready to start.They offered an excellent part exchange price, well above the best quote we'd had from WBAB.During the road test a couple of minor niggles were noticed and they promised to look at these during the PDI.The bike was ready, as promised on the day of collection and I was delighted to find that they'd rectified the issues as promised (I know this should be expected but it's surprising how others have let me down over the years). Fresh full MOT and half a tank of petrol. I hate the heart-in-mouth" moments just after you collect a new bike which is running on fumes whilst you negotiate the way to the nearest filling station.Many thanks to all staff

Bought an Aprilia RS 50 for my son from Burton. Took 2 months to get the bike after paying for it. Excuse after excuse and the lamest was that the throttle cable was causing the bike to rev more on a corner. Got the bike and had nothing but trouble with it, turns out it was the crank seal that was the problem. Just a rubbish company, AVOID.

Had a great experience buying my thruxton 900 from these guys.They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.10x better than my experience at superbike factory.

Have been a lifesaver with the services they have to offer. All the questions I had were answered and tailored in a way that I could understand, only been riding for 6 months and they have given me help and more importantly, confidence that will last a long time. I visited on Tuesday to look for a winter bike, I bought one, it was delivered the next day, always have a good service from these guys, ten out of ten.

Arnold’s, what a great shop. Picked up my Tenere World Rally today. Nothing was to much trouble. Accessory’s we’re on the bike ready for me to collect as arranged. 135mile ride home afterwards which I enjoyed every minute.
