IMO Car Wash

This automatic car wash will scratch your car and put chips on the body as well as glass. I regret going to IMO. Waste of money along with unnecessary damage to the car. I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

I visited the car wash today before 10 am for a triple foam wash. I have paid and went through the procedure. At the end of the wash I noticed the car was not clean and I went again to see an operative to show and request proper wash. The operatives became very aggressive, did not want to clean, trying to give me a voucher/refund. I explained that I am not interested and I need a car to be clean. They started being even more aggressive, rude, and called the Police and TFL to request removing me from property.

SCAMMERS!!!I visited this place to get the highest car wash (ultra) and paid £15.00. The man stopped me before I could see the board and then when I saw the board it said £13.00. At that point I knew I'd been scammed. When I got to the end of the machine wash, my car was not clean and it said I had, 'Triple Foam' as opposed to the 'Ultra.' I felt cheated, scammed and very sad.I've been coming to this place for years. There were all new staff and I did not feel safe to complain. They just didn't seem honest. I will NEVER visit this place again.There's a car wash in Sainsbury's next door and I think I'll go there in future! As a female driver, I didn't feel safe and I'm not confident it's still owned by IMO, as it didn't feel as professional as it used to be!Zero stars if I could...

A good place to visit when the queue is not there. On the downside a very quick wash and drying straps can leave a coat of haze on the windshield.

Worst ever experience. Rushing to finish the job. Very poor customer service. I hate to go again. I took most expensive car wash wheels not clean body was still not clean. When I ask about bird puu they say it will not be clean.

Ahh what can I say most of the times it’s good, sometimes when an issue arises in the car in front. They get stressed and they give you the wrong wash after. The drivers don’t always get it in neutral. They try their best. For the price it is what it is.

I’ve tried to use this twice and both times was over charged/the services were not as described. They’ll charge you max and do a basic wash. Scammy and not worth it - my car wasn’t even really clean after and there’s a much better car wash down the road in Morden so may as well drive further over for a good service.

COWBOYS. Would not recommend at all and have just been given the complete runaround by their ‘Head Office’ who after getting me to go back to the site and complete an incident report form after submitting a complaint about damage done to my car by their worker who stood close to my car while smoking a cigarette and essentially sandblasted off my paintwork, then got me to submit and then later re-submit a volley of pictures of the damage have now said they conclude that the damage was not done here and that ‘actually they are a franchise’ and that I as a female should re-approach the site and take up my concerns with them if I am still not happy. Please take this independent review based on my personal experience as seriously as it is intended and approach with caution unless you have a relative banger and don’t care for your car I would suggest you paying a few coins more and not taking the risk! No stars but gave 1 by force! Hugely disappointed.

Let’s be honest they raised their prices, from £2 to £5 for a basic wash. Nice customer service. Just a normal car wash, nothing fancy. I wouldn’t recommend the inside and outside wash as they spend less time cleaning and more time rushing you around. For a quick machine outside card wash, is what you need, this is the best for that. They accept card payments. And again great customer service.
