Pink Nails

I went to pink nails yesterday, I sat there for over an hour without anyone acknowledging I was there. When I eventually was acknowledged the member of staff told me to sit down and continued to take over 10 minutes to come to do my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they took a further 10 minutes to find the glitter I wanted. He then took over an hour to do my nails when it could've taken less time if he had actually payed attention to what he was doing. He kept pushing my skin down really hard with his own nails and when I said ouch he did nothing and just carried on. I'm not happy with my nails but felt rushed out when they had finished as they wanted to leave and go home which I completely understand when you have been working all day. When I went to the desk to pay they left me stood there for a further 5 minutes without saying anything to me about paying. Overall I am very unimpressed with the service and will not be returning.

have been several times and always come out with exactly what i wanted, had my prom nails done today and they are absolutely stunning. the staff are always friendly and helpful. love this salon!!!

Me and daughter went for nails doing today it was busy so they just told us to wait. When it came to our turn I said my daughter could go first and I would go next. Sat there for an extra hour to be completley ignored and they just started clearing up to close!!

I’ve Been using Pink nails for the past 6 years, never had to go back for any issues. All the staff are polite and greet you on arrival. My nails have been immaculate when done. Highly recommend, the salon is clean and they have a large variety of options for nail designs.

Taken 3 different members of staff to do my acrylic nails & shellac toes.Between answering messages on there phones and talking amongst each other. I found it unwelcoming and won’t be going there ever again. Don’t expect a smile or even attempt at making conversation. They have a good number of staff and very much doubt everyone is qualified outside of Pink nails.

I love this shop, always polite and friendly and fantastic service. I never leave feeling unhappy and I feel like of something was ever wrong, they would fix it in a heartbeat Fabulous.

Took 3 hours as they had to re do them . I asked for coloured tips , when the man put white tips on i said you do know im having red tips and he said yes. He did white tips so I said I asked for red he then snapped at me saying I should have told him . But I already did . There was bubbles in the acrylic , drips of acrylic on the back of my nails that were sharp and caught on my clothes etc . Also made my cuticles bleed and my thumb nails were wonky. Bad work and unprofessional rude attitude. Won't use them again which is a shame as I've been a loyal customer for 6 years
