Really great experience with Kings Hill Jewellery - Max and Keith the directors are both very personable and easy to deal with. Professional at all times, I can’t recommend this retailer enough. I keep coming back to them as they are trustworthy, they pay a good fair price for purchases, and when my other half gives in we will be going back to them for the engagement ring!! Best jewellers around! After being told by another top end jewellers a ring I had could not be resized. Kings hill said that’s not a problem we can do that for you, and what an absolutely beautiful job they did at a very reasonable price too! My ring now fits and looks better than it did before after a previous resizing. Thank you so much highly recommend you guys

Can't recommend the service at Kings Hill Jewellery enough. After my partner had my engagement ring made with Kings Hill we returned a year later to buy our wedding bands. We received so much guidance and were given a huge option of rings to choose from. After selecting our rings we were on a tight schedule to have them delivered which Kings Hill were able to accomodate and they are absolutely stunning! The team also offered complimentary polishing of my engagement ring which has come out so beautifully - it's as if it's new again!

I took a necklace (14 carat fine trace chain attached by its wings to a gold over silver opal and aquamarine pendant butterfly) to be repaired as the chain had detached from the pendant at one side. All that needed doing was to re-attach the chain, close and solder the very small final link, 2 or 3mm diameter.To my horror, when I went to collect it, they charged me £75! For a 10 minute job!? When I queried this, I was told there is a minimum charge per item. Why did no one inform me of the minimum charge? There is absolutely no way I would have used this jewellers if I'd known this as I'd wrongly assumed they would have reasonable rates for small repairs. Goodness was I wrong. I cannot recommend them for repairs due to this unpleasant experience.

Very smooth and straight forward process from initially reaching out to them, to then visiting store to drop the piece off.Great service from Max, Keith and the rest of the team and the money was in my account instantly too.They also have a great selection of watches, so I would highly recommend if you're looking to buy/sell.

The team at Kingshill Jewellers are excellent in the service they deliver. A really warm greeting on arrival. I attended here regarding watch enquiries and found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and have a really good running stock of most luxury brands you can imagine, Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Tudor, Omega etc. The actual venue is situated in beautiful St albans and the store itself a very nice place to be internally and externally with lots of character. Max, Keith and Julius all helped make this a really nice buying experience & I hope to keep my purchases for a long time. All the pieces seen by me were as close to new as you'll find with box, papers etc. Clearly well sourced & a really friendly and positive experience had. I will definitely be returning. And also regularly keeping an eye on their website for more gems. The perfect place to make a special purchase. ✨️
